Our scraper conveyors

Our scraper conveyors reliably transport chips along the base trough and ensure uniform discharge into collection containers or downstream processing systems. The modular design enables flexible adaptation to different production environments.

Two parallel chain strands with evenly arranged flights move the material in a controlled manner through the conveyor channel to the discharge point. Adhering liquid can be separated during transportation, which is particularly advantageous for moist or oily chips.

To reduce wear, the conveyor channels are fitted with wear plates made of high-quality steel. Depending on the application, bush or plug-in chains are used to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
