Clean solution - the drain in the folding belt filter

The folding belt filter cleans contaminated cooling lubricant fully automatically in a cleverly designed system. The medium is pumped into the upper dirt chamber, where it evenly hits a circulating filter belt under controlled overpressure. The flow-optimized chamber ensures a homogeneous flow.

While the cleaned medium is collected in the filtrate chamber below and fed back into the production process, chips and solids remain on the filter belt. An integrated sensor monitors the resistance in the filter belt and detects when the saturation level is reached. The belt is then automatically advanced, the previously dry-blown dirt cake is mechanically discharged and fresh filter medium is drawn in.

Particularly easy to maintain: the upper chamber can be opened - this makes servicing work considerably easier and reduces downtimes. Thanks to its compact design, the folding belt filter can also be flexibly integrated into existing systems - ideal for retrofitting or where space is limited.

The filter works fully automatically. The control system monitors the degree of soiling, controls the belt feed, drying and discharge - without any intervention by the operator. This saves resources and creates process reliability.
