Our solution
We supplied an emulsion filtration system for forming processes in automotive production. The system uses a drum belt filter and has a filtration rating of 60 µm and a flow rate of 30 m³/h.
The scope of supply also includes piping and a steel structure for integrating the filtration system into the production environment. The overall solution therefore covers emulsion filtration and the associated components for integration into the forming process.
Advantages for the customer
Reduce particle carryover in the emulsion circuit
The drum belt filter separates particles from the forming emulsion. This can reduce the amount of particles carried into the downstream emulsion circuit.
Filtration and integration from a single source
The scope of supply includes the drum belt filter, piping and a steel structure. The customer receives the filtration equipment and the associated components for its integration as part of the same system project.
