Our solution
A robust and high-performance conveyor solution was implemented for the disposal of aluminium punching scrap from pressing processes. Precise material guidance for different processes and the integration of an automated loading system into existing structures were required. A hinged belt conveyor system with movable swivel chutes was developed for this purpose, which enables the automatic filling of four railroad wagons and is specially designed for transporting large quantities of scrap.
