Our solution

A tailor-made system solution has been developed to optimize the filling and testing processes of transmission and cooling systems.

In addition to the precise filtration of the media used, particular focus was placed on integrating the conveyor technology into the overall process in order to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of material and media.

Thanks to the coordinated combination of filtration and conveying systems, a reliable supply to the testing and filling stations could be realized.

Filter medium: Fine and bag filter material
Filter fineness: Oil: 6 µm (fine filter), coolant: 50 µm (bag filter)
Filter surfaces: Oil: 2 x 12 m² (precoat filter), coolant: 1.5 m² (pressure belt filter)
Volume flows: Oil systems: 35 m³/h, coolant systems: 4.2 m³/h
