All-rounder for project planning, sales & order processing (m/f/d)

for plant engineering in the field of conveyor and filter technology

Your profile:

  • You are: Graduate engineer in mechanical engineering, process engineering or production engineering, alternatively also a technician
  • You have basic knowledge of steel construction and sheet metal processing, ideally in the field of conveyor technology
  • You already have professional experience in a comparable position in mechanical or plant engineering in the metalworking industry
  • You have good commercial knowledge and good negotiating and closing skills
  • You are proficient in the use and handling of common MS Office programs (ideally also TopM)
  • You are also characterized by a confident manner, a high level of assertiveness and a strong service orientation
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English
  • You work independently, are team- and result-oriented, flexible and willing to travel nationally and internationally

Your area of responsibility:

  • Sales of our products and services, as well as proactive acquisition of new customers in Germany and abroad and support for existing customers
  • Determining the needs and technical requirements of our customers on site
  • Technical and commercial consulting, as well as offer preparation and creation
  • Project management incl. Scheduling, project costing and preparation of quotations, as well as preparation of supplementary and additional quotations during the course of the project
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations in close coordination with the specialist departments and management
  • Support in the search for and selection of new sales partners, training and support of new sales partners
  • Data maintenance in the CRM / ERP system
  • Collaborating on the further development of existing products and providing impetus for new products
  • Order processing from the time the order is received to turnkey handover
