Vacuum chip extraction system

For heavy loads

The vacuum chip extraction system enables the separation of chips from several processing machines, even in confined spaces. Both the vacuum blower and the chip separator are positioned in a central, easily accessible location and the chips are alternately extracted from the processing machines via a piping system.

The separated chips are removed from the chip separator and the cleaned exhaust air is discharged to the outside.

Functionality

  • Transport of chips by means of vacuum conveying through pipelines
  • A fan generates negative pressure at a central collection point
  • The blower is connected to a suction line via a separator filter
  • chips are extracted from the individual processing machines to the central collection point via the connecting piping system
  • the chips are separated in the chip separator without interrupting the vacuum via an intermittent rotary valve or rotary valve
  • Sintered metal filters inside the chip separator clean the suction air of dust
  • Several chip separators can be approached via upstream chip diverters
