Our solution<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We designed and supplied a conveyor system with hinged belt conveyors<\/strong><\/a> and a coolant pump station for chip removal from two production lines equipped with peeling machines. The system transports the steel chips to the container loading<\/strong><\/a> station.

A particular requirement was handling chips generated when machining steels with high material hardness. The conveyor design accounts for the resulting mechanical loads. Special belt plates also support rapid drainage of the coolant carried with the chips.

Coolant drainage during chip conveying<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The special belt plate design supports rapid drainage of the coolant carried with the chips. This can help reduce the amount of fluid entering the container together with the steel chips.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
