Our solution<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

For the removal of steel and aluminum stamping scrap, we provided a scrap conveyor system comprising three hinged belt conveyors<\/strong><\/a>. The conveyors transport the production scrap over a total conveying length of approximately 120 meters.

The system conveys the materials separately to a fully automatic railcar loading system<\/strong><\/a>. The conveying capacity is approximately 44 metric tons per hour. The longest individual conveyor is 91 meters long.

Swivel chutes, a structural steel framework and platforms complete the scope of supply. The complete system<\/strong><\/a> connects scrap conveying in the stamping plant with automatic loading for onward transport by rail.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\"Disposal\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n
