The K\u00d6BO ECO>PROCESS pressure belt filter is a fully automatic, low-maintenance filtration system for industrial coolant treatment. It can be adapted to different operating requirements, flow rates and particle loads. The upper, pressure-controlled dirt chamber receives the contaminated coolant. A horizontal filter belt support separates the upper pressure chamber from the lower filtrate chamber.

Under positive pressure, the coolant passes through the filter medium while solid particles are retained. The cleaned coolant is collected in the lower chamber and directed to the clean tank. Pneumatically operated sealing flaps ensure reliable sealing of the filter chamber. The filtrate outlet can be positioned at the side or underneath the system. The pressure belt filter operates fully automatically and continuously, with only brief interruptions for filter regeneration. Depending on the configuration, filtration is performed using a circulating or reversing filter belt, or filter fleece as a consumable filter medium.<\/p>\n\t\t
