For the controlled cooling process of forgings in the most limited space, KÖBO ECO>PROCESS develops the cooling towers. The operation of cooling proceeds in three steps:

• transfer of hot forgings into a transport basket swinging between two conveying chains  
• conveyance of transport baskets in a limited space over a long distance
• regulation of cooling performance by adjustable ventilation openings
